This Refund Policy explains how and when Aaeagleplumb issues refunds. All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
When you are entitled to a refund
- Unopened items returned within 14 days of delivery (see Returns).
- Items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described.
- Orders we are unable to fulfill or that are cancelled before shipment.
Refund amounts
Approved refunds cover the product price in USD. Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Processing time
Once a return is received and inspected, or a cancellation is confirmed, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Non-refundable
Opened or used storage products (other than defects), shipping fees on change-of-mind returns, and any import duties or taxes paid to a destination country. We do not sell services, so there are no service refunds.
