Rates & free shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $9.95 USD, and orders of $70 USD or more ship free within the contiguous United States. International and expedited rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days; international delivery 7–21 business days depending on customs. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Larger items (deck boxes, cabinets) may ship via freight with separate scheduling.
Duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the USD product price.
Addresses & damage
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, contact support@aaeagleplumb.shop within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
We ship storage products only. We do not ship or sell gas, pressurized, or electrical equipment, and we do not provide installation or plumbing services.
