Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price in USD.
Eligibility
To qualify, items must be unopened and in their original, unbroken packaging, unused and resaleable. Opened storage boxes, bags or bins that have been used, assembled or weathered are not eligible unless they arrived defective.
How to start a return
Email support@aaeagleplumb.shop with your order number within 14 days. We will issue return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the product price to your original payment method in USD, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was defective or shipped in error.
Defective or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Not eligible
Opened or used items (except defects), bulk/property orders past 14 days, and any item without proof of purchase. Because we only sell storage products, there are no service or installation returns.
